No, I'm not talking about Tactical Assassin or anything like that, I'm talking about games like Counter Strike and Team fortress 2. They take lightning fast reaction, and here Im going to tell you how to blow heads off efficiently, like the guy from "Meet the Sniper".
Step # 1:
Pick a good spot. If you stand in the most obvious sniper area, then blam, your head goes boom.
Step # 2:
Move your body. A lot. In some games like HL2: DM, the crossbow takes time to get where it's going. So if you move a lot. there's a higher chance of not being hit. You'll want to move left and right, not just one way. That makes it really easy for your opponent to blow your head off.
Step # 3:
Use the element of surprise. If you're getting pwn3d by a "1337" sniper, then wait for a few moments. Then, step out into the open and shoot. Shoot! Now!
Step # 4:
The head isn't everything. The head is actually harder to hit, when it comes to shooting someone that moves back and fourth, hit the body first to weaken him. He'll start running back to get health, usually only in one direction. Since it is rather easy to hit someone that's running one way, there's your chance.
